Meet Our Founders
Dr. Dominique Hannah is a psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience, an autistic woman, and the parent of a neurodivergent child. She brings deep professional insight combined with firsthand understanding of neurodivergent identity and student mental health.
Hannah McLaughlin, NeuroKind’s co-founder, is a qualified lawyer, an AuADHD woman, and the mother of a 6-year-old autistic child. She understands the real-world challenges families face navigating school systems and advocating for inclusion.
Together, we founded NeuroKind to help schools and workplaces move beyond awareness to real, empathy-driven action.
